How does the hydraulic double-cylinder shear work
2024-09-20
The hydraulic double-cylinder shear mainly works through the following complex and efficient process:

I. Connection and startup
The hydraulic double-cylinder shear is usually connected to power equipment (such as excavators, loaders, etc.) through a special connection device. When the operator starts the power equipment and issues a work instruction, the preparation for the work of the hydraulic double-cylinder shear begins.
II. Operation of hydraulic system
1. Hydraulic pump starts: The hydraulic pump in the power equipment starts to work, extracts hydraulic oil from the oil tank and delivers it to the hydraulic pipeline at a certain pressure.
2. Pressure transmission: The hydraulic oil flows along the pipeline and reaches the two hydraulic cylinders of the hydraulic double-cylinder shear. At this time, the pressure of the hydraulic oil will be converted into mechanical energy to push the piston in the hydraulic cylinder to move.
III. Execution of shearing action
1. Synchronous propulsion of double cylinders: The two hydraulic cylinders receive the pressure of hydraulic oil at the same time, and the piston begins to push forward. This makes the movable part of the shear blade connected to the piston approach the fixed part.
2. Generation of strong shearing force: As the two shear blades gradually close, a huge shearing force is generated on the object placed between them (such as metal pipes, steel beams, waste auto parts, etc.). Due to the double-cylinder structure, this shearing force is more uniform, stable and powerful, and can easily cut various hard materials.
3. Precise control: By adjusting the pressure control valve and flow control valve in the hydraulic system, the propulsion speed of the hydraulic cylinder and the magnitude of the shearing force can be precisely controlled. This enables the operator to adjust according to different work requirements and material characteristics to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of shearing.
IV. Completion of shearing and reset
1. Shearing completed: After the object is successfully cut, the hydraulic system maintains a certain pressure to ensure that the shear blade remains closed to prevent the cut object from rebounding.
2. Reset preparation: After the operator issues a reset instruction, the hydraulic system starts to work in reverse. The hydraulic oil is discharged from the hydraulic cylinder and flows back to the oil tank.
3. Piston retraction: Under the action of the return flow of hydraulic oil, the piston in the hydraulic cylinder retracts backward, driving the movable part of the shear blade to leave the fixed part and return to the initial position.
4. Wait for the next work: After the hydraulic double-cylinder shear is reset, it is in a standby state and is ready to receive the next work instruction at any time.
In short, through the precise control of the hydraulic system and the powerful power of the double-cylinder structure, the hydraulic double-cylinder shear can efficiently and accurately complete various shearing tasks and play an important role in fields such as building demolition, waste metal recycling, and disaster rescue.
