The working principle of the quick-change connector

Hydraulic quick-change connector: It mainly fixes and releases the pin shaft through the action of the oil cylinder, thereby realizing the rapid replacement of working parts. When it is necessary to replace the working part, the oil cylinder retracts, and the hook-shaped pressing block moves from one position to another to disengage the quick-change connector. Then, align the new working part with the pin shaft, and open the oil cylinder again. The hook-shaped pressing block returns to its original position and locks the pin shaft of the working part. In addition, an external oil circuit and solenoid valve need to work simultaneously.

Mechanical quick-change connector: Taking the pin-type as an example, when it is necessary to replace the working part, first pull out the wedge-shaped clip, knock the T-shaped buckle inward to separate the quick-change connector from the bucket. When changing to the required working part, pull the T-shaped buckle backward and insert the wedge-shaped clip to lock it.

Regardless of whether it is a hydraulic or mechanical quick-change connector, its working principle is to realize the rapid connection and replacement of working parts through specific mechanisms and operations to improve work efficiency.
